About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our hotel booking team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, manage hotel booking queries, and ensure a smooth experience for our clients. This position is office-based and requires strong communication, problem-solving, and technical skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Manage hotel bookings, cancellations, and modifications through our Hotel Management System.
  • Provide accurate information about hotel services, availability, and policies.
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and bookings.
  • Prepare and manage reports using Microsoft Office 365 tools.
  • Coordinate with hotels and internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Perform general office tasks as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Hands-on experience with Hotel Management Systems is an advantage.
  • Strong customer support and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu (both written and verbal).
  • Ability to work independently in an office environment.
  • Professional attitude, time management, and organizational skills.
