About Us

Eshal Corporation is a growing digital marketing and e-commerce company, specializing in dropshipping and global e-commerce campaigns. We are looking for an experienced Meta Ads Specialist (Facebook & Instagram) who can help us identify winning products, launch profitable campaigns, and scale stores targeting the USA and UK markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and validate high-potential products for dropshipping.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns for performance and profitability.
  • Continuously test audiences, creatives, and campaign structures for scaling success.
  • Optimize funnels, including retargeting and CRO (conversion rate optimization).
  • Collaborate with creative teams for ad visuals, videos, and copywriting.
  • Analyze KPIs and prepare reports to improve performance.
  • Stay updated with Meta Ads updates, competitor strategies, and market trends.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce/dropshipping marketing (USA/UK markets preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Facebook Pixel, Analytics, and tracking tools.
  • Proven ability to scale profitable campaigns with strong ROAS.
  • Deep understanding of audience targeting and ad creative strategies.
  • Experience with Shopify, AliExpress, or dropshipping tools (preferred).

Job Details

  • Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Block 5, Karachi
  • Timings: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
  • Availability: Immediate joiners preferred
