Division.

Responsibilities

We're hiring a solution-driven and experienced professional to lead our
Customer Services & Call Centre division

. You'll be responsible for managing all service channels (calls, WhatsApp, email, social media), improving customer satisfaction, and collaborating across departments to build a seamless customer experience.

  • Lead the Customer Service & Call Centre division and drive performance KPIs.
  • Spearhead operations across all channels (calls, emails, WhatsApp, social media)
  • Resolve high-level escalations and implement effective long-term solutions.
  • Develop and enhance SOPs, escalation protocols, and customer support workflows.
  • Monitor key indicators and generate actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with all cross functional departments to attain optimum service excellence.

Qualifications

  • Leadership experience in customer service or call centre environments.
  • Proficiency in English and Urdu, with strong communication & conflict resolution skills.
  • Expertise in CRM systems, service reporting, and escalation handling.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and act on service data.
  • Strong people management and problem-solving abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
