Tri Star Enterprises (TSE), established in 1995, is a leading, nationwide-licensed customs brokerage firm based in Karachi. TSE provides expert customs clearance support across all major Pakistani ports and airports, serving as a trusted partner for importers and exporters and seeking revenue & sales growth.

Head of Sales – Role Overview

The Head of Sales will drive TSE's growth by acquiring new clients, expanding market share, and preparing for the launch of freight forwarding services. This contract-based, hybrid role is based in Karachi, with some remote flexibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to win new business and strengthen TSE's brand.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with importers, exporters, and logistics partners.
  • Build and motivate the sales team to achieve ambitious targets.
  • Analyze market trends and sales data to identify new opportunities.
  • Work with management to introduce and promote freight forwarding services.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of sales leadership experience in Pakistan's customs brokerage, logistics, or freight forwarding sector.
  • Extensive network and strong connections with Pakistan's importer community.
  • Knowledge of customs clearance and freight forwarding processes.
  • Proven track record in client acquisition, negotiation, and B2B relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and team management skills.
  • Additional certifications in customs, sales, or logistics are a plus.

Ideal Candidate

A highly connected and experienced sales person with deep expertise in Pakistan's import market, strong marketing skills, and the ability to drive TSE's expansion in both customs brokerage and future freight forwarding services.
