This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at Expertizo. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for recruiting, interviewing, and hiring employees; planning and coordinating employee training and development programs; administering employee benefits and compensation programs; and ensuring compliance with legal and company policies. The Human Resources Manager will also be responsible for managing employee relations, guiding managers on HR policies and best practices, and handling employee grievances and disciplinary actions.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding employees.
  • Support employee training and development programs.
  • Administer employee benefits, payroll, and compensation programs.
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain HR records on drive/softwares
  • Support management with administrative tasks and coordination.
  • Act as a team player and help in managing the currently small team of
    6-8 employees
    , ensuring smooth operations and growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in an HR role.
  • Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
  • Experience in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding employees.
  • Familiarity with payroll processing and employee benefits administration.
  • Past experience in an IT company is must to have (Don't apply if you have don't meet this requirement)
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Have past experience of organizing employee engagement activities
  • Ability to handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions
  • Have past experience of taking overall ownership of the given tasks
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
  • SHRM certification is a plus.
  • A team player who can actively contribute in managing and supporting a growing team.

Job Type:
Full-time (Mon-Sat, 9 hrs/day)

Salary:
Starting from Rs. 40,000.00 per month (You will be asked to provide your current & expected salary)

Range
: Rs40, Rs70,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • HR role in a software house: Min. 2 years (Required)
  • Recruitment & onboarding of MERN Stack Developers: Min. 6 months (Required)
