Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Managing Director, located in Islāmābād, Pakistan. The Managing Director will oversee the company's overall operations, lead strategic planning, and guide business growth initiatives. Responsibilities include managing key stakeholder relationships, driving innovation in technology and product development, ensuring financial sustainability, and fostering a culture of excellence within the organization. The role requires frequent collaboration with internal teams, external partners, and clients to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership, management, and decision-making abilities to oversee company operations and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Experience in technology, software development, or digital innovation to provide direction for custom software and product development.
  • Proficiency in business development, financial management, and revenue growth strategies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder relationship management skills.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and scaling organizations or business units.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a relevant field.
  • Familiarity with industry trends and market dynamics to identify opportunities for expansion and innovation.
  • Experience in the Middle Eastern or South Asian markets is advantageous.
