Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive our outbound sales efforts by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, sparking interest in our [product/service] through strategic outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn). Your goal? Book high-quality meetings for our Account Executives and build a strong sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect & Qualify Leads: Research and identify potential clients using tools.
- Outbound Outreach: Conduct 50+ cold calls/day, send personalized emails, and engage prospects on social media.
- Book Meetings: Schedule qualified demos/meetings for the sales team.
- CRM Management: Log all activities and track lead progress.
- Collaborate with AEs: Work closely with Account Executives to refine pitch strategies.
- Hit Targets: Meet or exceed monthly quotas for meetings booked and pipeline generated.
Requirements:
- 1+ year in sales, cold calling, or a similar role (fresh grads with hustle welcome).
- Hunter mentality: Love for outbound prospecting and objection handling.
- Strong communication (written/verbal) and active listening skills.
- Familiarity with CRMs (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement tools is a plus.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
