Job Description

Aayag is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support our growing sales team in Karachi. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills, helping to ensure seamless interaction between departments and customers while driving sales growth.

Duties & Responsibilities

Assist the sales team in improving productivity by contacting customers, arranging appointments, and ensuring all Sales Representatives have high-quality, up-to-date support materials.

Handle customer queries, inform clients of delays, arrange delivery schedules, and coordinate marketing events through calls, emails, and messages.

Place orders, ensure accurate processing, and confirm on-time delivery according to customer requirements.

Develop and maintain filing systems for sales records, prepare reports, and provide financial data to the finance department.

Manage budgets for sales expenses such as bonuses, marketing, and travel.

Support in making the company's products and services appealing to potential customers.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Sales team to approach at least 15 clients per week via cold calls.

Conduct 7–10 meetings weekly with new and existing clients/customers.

Generate 2–3 RFQs (Requests for Quotation) per week.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or coordination roles.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Individuals with a technical background are also encouraged to apply.
