Role Overview

CFAW is seeking a Documentation and Marketing Intern to support its marketing and communications efforts. This role is ideal for creative and motivated students or fresh graduates who are passionate about design, storytelling, and digital media. The intern will contribute to developing visually compelling content, managing social media presence, and supporting documentary-style video production that amplifies CFAW's initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Design and create engaging social media posts and visual assets for events, workshops, and courses at Nani Ghar and across CFAW.
  • Assist in the production of reels, short videos, and documentary-style content to highlight wellbeing and research initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to plan and schedule social media posts on Instagram and Facebook.
  • Support digital growth strategies by creating innovative and trend-aligned content.
  • Participate in event coverage, capturing moments through photography and videography.
  • Brainstorm and contribute to creative marketing campaigns for CFAW's multiple verticals.
  • Provide support in documentation and archiving of marketing and creative material.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and Canva.
  • Basic knowledge of photography and videography (camera handling and shooting techniques).
  • Familiarity with creating engaging reel content and awareness of social media trends.
  • Ability to switch between roles (videographer, editor, and graphic designer).
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • A creative portfolio showcasing relevant design and video work.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills; openness to feedback and collaborative growth.
