The Center for Arts-based Methodologies is "Creating safe spaces where beauty is celebrated, and beauty is not always beautiful."

We are working in
3 different verticals.
Our community space is named Nani Ghar, we also offer wellbeing services and that is our core value. Research is our third vertical in which we are looking for solutions to improve the public health sector of Pakistan through arts-based methodologies.

We are looking for a creative resource that can help the marketing department with not only creating visually appealing graphics but also by bringing their creative spark to the world of filmmaking.

What you will be doing mostly:

  • Create social media posts for events and other workshops/courses happening at Nani Ghar
  • Help grow our pages digitally by making reel content that is engaging
  • Help shoot documentary styled videos for the promotion of various wellbeing courses at CFAW
  • Assist the creative team as a whole in planning and scheduling posts on Instagram and Facebook
  • Come up with creative marketing strategies to promote things simultaneously

You're the right fit if you:

  • Know how to use the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and Canva
  • Are familiar with using a camera for both videography and photography
  • Have knowledge about trends on social media and how to shoot for reel content
  • Know how to shoot documentary style videos
  • Are able to switch hats from videographer/editor to graphic designer
  • Are able to deliver assets and meet deadlines
  • Is someone who is quick on their feet and is able to solve problems on the fly
  • Is independent and can pick up work on their own and can improve things as they work.
    Making mistakes is okay but not learning from them is not.
  • Have a creative portfolio that can showcase your skill level
  • Possess a can do attitude towards work
  • Are familiar with research, wellbeing and event coverage
  • Have ideas and perspective that can be executed internally
  • Are okay with dad jokes and are a team player

Note: This a
3 month contractual position based in Karachi, Pakistan.
Stipend provided is
PKR 30,000 per month.
