Timings: 7 pm to 4 am

Department: Sales & Business Development

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in preparing client proposals, managing communication, and coordinating day-to-day sales activities. The ideal candidate should possess excellent English communication skills, be creative with Canva, and have strong proficiency in using ChatGPT or similar AI tools to draft and enhance proposals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team in creating customized client proposals, presentations, and pitch decks.
  • Use Canva to design visually appealing proposals and marketing materials.
  • Utilize ChatGPT or AI tools to write, edit, and refine client communications and proposal content.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather information for client requests and proposals.
  • Maintain and update client databases, sales records, and documentation.
  • Follow up with potential clients and assist in managing communication pipelines.
  • Prepare reports and summaries for sales meetings and performance tracking.
  • Ensure timely delivery of proposals and maintain a high level of professionalism in all client interactions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Canva for creating professional designs and presentations.
  • Experience using ChatGPT or AI tools for writing and content generation.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
