Role Overview: The HR Coordinator performs administrative and support duties, handling tasks such as coordinating recruitment and onboarding processes and answering candidate questions. They will act as a liaison between management and employment candidates, assisting with a variety of HR functions throughout the recruiting process. This position is part-time, 10 hours per week, with most work being remote, but occasional in person work is required to meet interview candidates in the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate screenings, managing candidate communications, and initiating the onboarding of new employees.
- Candidate Relations: Serving as a first point of contact for employment candidates, responding to inquiries about open positions and qualifications.
- Managing Job Postings: Assisting with posting jobs and maintaining candidate tracking systems.
- Documenting Processes: Identifying and documenting processes relating to team strategy and job implementation.
- Employee and Position Development: Generating documents to develop current employees and their roles through the creation and implementation of policies, performance evaluations, and job descriptions.
- Reporting & Compliance: Compiling reports for senior management and staying current on employment laws and regulations.
Essential Skills
- Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Effectively communicating with candidates and management.
- Organizational Skills: Managing multiple tasks, coordinating schedules, and maintaining detailed records.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Indeed, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Email, Google Meet, and other relevant technologies.
- Problem-Solving: Addressing candidate questions and contributing to solutions for hiring challenges.
- HR Knowledge: Understanding of recruiting and interview processes.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: Rs15, Rs20,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 10 per week
