**Job Title: Office Administrator / HR & Admin Executive

Location: Islamabad
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM**
Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and organized Office Administrator / HR & Admin Executive to join our team in
Islamabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks,
coordinating meetings, supporting HR activities, and ensuring smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage scheduling and coordinate appointments for meetings, conferences, and events.
• Handle day-to-day correspondence, official documentation, and professional communication.
• Maintain well-organized physical and digital filing systems to ensure smooth operations.
• Coordinate and manage the interview process, including scheduling and follow-ups for hiring new team
members.
• Oversee office inventory management and ensure timely procurement of supplies.
• Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure prompt delivery of goods and services.
• Respond to incoming phone calls and emails promptly and professionally.
• Handle filing, scanning, organizing, and securing important documents for easy retrieval.
• Perform general office duties, including photocopying, scanning, filing, and data entry.
• Coordinate with external vendors, suppliers, and service providers for office-related requirements.
• Prepare and manage client invoices and bills using QuickBooks Intuit.
• Use Asana for to-do lists, project tracking, and task management.
• Support HR & Admin functions to ensure efficient day-to-day office operations.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in office administration, HR support, or a similar role.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Familiarity with QuickBooks and Asana is an advantage.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines efficiently.
