The Role:

The Manager – Corporate Card Sales will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of Commercial Cards portfolio. This includes generating new business opportunities, managing onboarding processes, ensuring seamless card issuance, and providing strong post-issuance support. The role demands a balance of sales acumen, operational expertise, and stakeholder management to ensure an efficient and client-centric experience throughout the card lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

  • Build, convert, and manage a strong pipeline of Large Market/B2B opportunities for Financial Institutions (FIs), achieving KPIs on pipeline value, conversion rate, time-to-revenue, and revenue growth.
  • Develop and deliver targeted sales content for FI partners using Mastercard resources to strengthen value propositions.
  • Lead product pitches and sales discussions with FI partners and corporate clients for both card and invoice-led solutions.
  • Create, drive, and close deals with FI partners, aligned with Mastercard's (MA) strategy.
  • Conduct direct-to-corporate (D2C) engagements with large/mid-market corporates where relevant.
  • Train FI partner sales teams, build SOPs, and provide ongoing product knowledge support.
  • Engage and influence senior stakeholders across functions to accelerate portfolio adoption.
  • Provide regular updates to internal management and stakeholders via dashboards, MIS reports, and steering committees.
  • Support end-to-end onboarding, from implementation to activation and first usage, ensuring smooth client journeys.
  • Monitor newly onboarded clients for card activation, usage ramp-up, and address challenges by sharing feedback with Product teams.
  • Handle corporate card-related requests (e.g., issuance, limits, chargebacks, transaction declines, card blocks) in coordination with card operations.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Mastercard and internal operations teams to streamline processes and maximize operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Local experience in cards domain, with
    preferable exposure to Corporate Cards
    in the region.
  • 10–15 years of relevant experience within cards/financial institutions.
  • Proven expertise in card operations (onboarding, issuance, post-issuance support).
  • Proficiency in
    English and Urdu
