We're Hiring: Facebook Ads Manager (Meta Ads Specialist)

Location: On-Site

Timing: 4 PM – 12 AM

Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

Experience: Mid–Senior Level

About the Role

We're looking for a results-driven Facebook Ads Manager to plan, launch, optimize, and scale Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.

What You'll Do

Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Develop full-funnel Meta ad strategies (TOF/MOF/BOF) aligned with business goals
  • Set up, launch, and manage Facebook & Instagram campaigns end-to-end
  • Conduct audience research and build precise targeting & segmentation plans

Optimization & Performance

  • Monitor and optimize for ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPM, and CPA
  • Run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and landing pages
  • Identify scaling opportunities and manage budgets efficiently

Creative Collaboration

  • Work with the design/content team to create engaging ad creatives
  • Provide data-driven creative briefs and suggestions
  • Recommend creative variations to reduce fatigue and improve conversions

Tracking & Reporting

  • Ensure proper tracking setup (Pixel, Conversions API, UTM)
  • Build weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights
  • Maintain clean attribution despite iOS 14+ challenges

Compliance & Account Management

  • Stay updated with Meta Ads policies and best practices
  • Prevent disapprovals and ensure strong account health
  • Manage campaign budgets and billing effectively

Requirements

2–4+ years of experience managing Meta ad campaigns

Proven track record of profitable ROAS for eCommerce or lead-gen brands

Strong analytical and communication skills

Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics & attribution tools

Experience in A/B testing, scaling, and budget management

Bonus Points For

Experience with TikTok, YouTube, or Google Ads

Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, or CRO

Creative direction or UGC-style ad experience
