dedicated and technically sound IT Support professional
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance, maintaining networks, and ensuring seamless IT operations across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site and remote technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues.
  • Visit different branches or outlets (1–2 times a week) to troubleshoot and resolve POS and networking problems.
  • Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems and applications.
  • Diagnose and resolve network issues including TCP/IP, LAN/WAN connectivity, and firewall configurations.
  • Assist in setup and maintenance of networking devices such as switches, routers, and IP phones.
  • Support PBX systems and handle basic Ethernet cabling tasks.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth daily IT operations.
  • Maintain documentation of support tasks and technical issues.

Requirements

  • Minimum qualification:
    Intermediate / FSc completed
    (Diploma in IT or relevant certification is a plus).
  • Presentable with strong
    communication and interpersonal skills
    .
  • Solid understanding of
    networking fundamentals
    (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN).
  • Experience in
    Windows installation and basic troubleshooting
    .
  • Familiarity with networking devices (switches, routers, IP phones, PBX).
  • Basic understanding of firewalls and internet security.
  • Must be proactive, reliable, and able to work independently.
  • Own laptop is required
