
Assistant Manager Accounts

Planning:
· Assist in formulating the company future direction and supporting tactical initiatives.
· Monitor and direct implementation of strategic business plan.
· Develop financial and tax strategies.
· Develop performance measures that support the company strategic direction.
Operations & Taxation:
· Develops & Implements departmental SOP's.
· Participates in key Decisions as a member of the management team.
· Oversee the transactions by implementing best practices of Accounting.
· Monitor Legal & Taxation activities like Withholding, Sales & Income Tax Returns.
· Monitoring Payroll processing for all employees of the organization.
· Ensures ERP implementation with all modules like AR, AP, Production, Fixed Assets etc.
· Dealing with related vendors.
· Voucher checking & verification prepared by Accounts Executive on daily basis. i.e Bank payment, Bank receipt, Journal voucher, Cash payment, Cash receipt
· Dealing with banks.
Risk Management:
· Monitors all open financial legal issues affecting the organization.
· Constructs and monitors reliable control systems.
· Ensures that record keeping meets the requirement of auditor and government agencies.
· Reports risk issues to the board of directors.
Budgeting:
· Manages the preparation of the company's Annual Budget.
· Reports to the management on variances from the approved budget and its reasoning.
Signature
Expenses & Funds:
· Prepare & present daily funds sheet with opening & closing balance daily to CEO.
· Prepare & present daily expense sheet from Operations, HR and admin. Arrange funds for disbursement after management approval.
· Disbursement of monthly salaries + prepare debit note for salaries.
· Cash matter handling (disbursement of loans + advances)
Banking:
· Develop & record keeping of all legal documents related to bank activities.
· Ensure timely Payments to suppliers.
· Liaison with all clients.
· Monitor complete documentation process through coordination with banking channels.
· Bank record keeping and payments.
· Bank reconciliation of all banks
Financial Analysis:
· Engages in financial analysis in all areas of the company.
· Interprets the company financial results to management and recommends improvement activities.
· Creates additional analysis and reports as requested by management.
· Highlights bottlenecks and recommends changes to improve the overall level of the company.
· Participate in costing activities to create products that meets predetermined price goals.
· Look after day to day matters.
· Look after all related account recoveries (customers + suppliers).
· Profit & Loss working with accounts department.
· Maintain & Coordinate Trademark and copyright ledger.
