Responsibilities

1.     Administrate, Analyze and review Monthly COGS Report and make corrections to drive accurate margins

2.     Budgeting and Sales Planning

  • Prepare Multi Level Sales Trend to drive Annual Sales Budget
  • Prepare monthly Sales Rolling Forecast

3.     Financial Analysis

  • Create post target vs achievement performance report for last two years comparison at hierarchal level
  • Analyze Weekly Actual vs Past Sales & prepare Vol vs Price comparison

4.Prepare multi-level and ad-hoc analysis to support business decision making and reporting

5.     Margin Analysis

  • Prepare Monthly Margin Analysis Trend at Hierarchal level and keep update at YTD
  • Monitor and keep update Later Income / CMS / CMI result for reporting

6. Support function with Ad-hoc Analysis for Value Addition, System Improvement and Management Decision Making

7. Category / Vendor Wise Profitability, drive absolute and Marginal profitability for critical vendors

8. Responsible for SAP Center and Profit Centre Hierarchy

9. Monitoring Moving Average trade prices of Trading Goods and making corrective action to drive accurate results in SAP results

10. Analyze and Reconcile COPA for accurate expenses reporting with respect to direct, indirect and proper absorption / allocation / apportionment of Operational Expense (OPEX / Overhead) SAP

9. Review and reconciliation of GLs for COGS

  • Reconciliation of Price Difference GL

  • Monitoring of COGS GL and making correction

  • Business Partnership with Commercial / Store management

Qualifications

  • ACCA / ACA / ACMA member or MBA / MS Finance

  • 6 to 8 years of relevant experience

  • Well, versed in Function of Financial Planning and Analysis or commercial finance
