Business Development Executive (BDR) – BPO High-Ticket Appointments
We are seeking a results-driven BDR to generate high-value BPO opportunities through LinkedIn and email outreach. This role is focused on building outreach personas, targeting the right decision-makers, and setting appointments for long-term, retainer-based BPO deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Persona Development: Create tailored buyer personas and outreach strategies for mid- to large-size businesses across verticals such as Accounting, Facility Maintenance, Healthcare,Insurance, Agencies and Tech.
- Targeting Strategy: Identify high-value companies and decision-makers (CXOs) for staff augmentation and offshore resource support.
- Outbound Outreach: Execute personalized LinkedIn and email campaigns to initiate conversations.
- Appointment Setting: Qualify interest and set up meetings with key decision-makers for the sales/closing team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in outbound sales or appointment setting in a BPO firm, specifically
- focused on staff augmentation or back office outsourcing services.
- Proven success in setting appointments for high-ticket B2B BPO deals.
- Experience in contributing to company revenue growth through outbound outreach and lead nurturing.
- Excellent written communication, targeting, and outreach campaign skills.
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, Claygent, email sequencing tools, and contact databases.
- Please note: This position involves a night shift schedule / on site or can consider remote role .
