HR Business Strategist

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as an HR liaison for assigned campaigns or business domain.
  • Track and analyze HR metrics such as attrition, and performance trends.
  • Support supervisors in handling employee relations, performance reviews, and grievance management.
  • Recommend HR process improvements to enhance employee experience and organizational culture.
  • Partner with Operations to identify high-potential employees for internal growth and succession opportunities with the help of talent development initiatives and external hiring.
  • Assist in planning and executing engagement and recognition programs.
  • Contribute to HR communications ensuring employees are aware of policies, career opportunities, and development initiatives.
  • Align people initiatives with any other business goals and operational requirements.

Qualification & Experience

  • Master's/Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of HR experience
  • Prior exposure to employee engagement, stakeholder management, talent acquisition and internal talent development will be an advantage.

  • Excellent communication and a team player
  • Collaborative, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong sense of ownership, confidentiality, and professionalism.
  • Extrovert and sense of employee-centric mindset
  • Ability to interpret HR data and provide actionable insights.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, and HR reporting tools.

Other:

  • Should be able to work during shift of 3:00 pm to 12:00 am.
