About the Role:

The Shares Coordinator is primarily responsible for assisting the executive and HOD in ensuring compliance with PSX and CDC regulations and timely transfer of shares and payment of dividend/demand drafts and keeping in coordination with Company's Share Registrar regarding day-to-day matters of the shareholders of the Company. Moreover, the position is also required to ensure compliance of the Companies Act, 2017.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for checking and maintaining dividend records for encashment, return, undelivered, withheld for any reason as well as prepare monthly statement of all year account reconcilliation of cash dividends as and when declared by the company.
  2. Liase with Share Registrars of group companies on the matters related to transfer/Transmission of Shares, Dividend, Share Certificates, LOBO, SBD and other shareholders queries and to attain the overall objective of the Department.
  3. Prepare a requisition in the name of Accounts Department signed by the Head of Shares and Company Secretary for preparation of cheque.
  4. Prepare memos and forward it for shareholders and deposit of zakat and income tax.
  5. Carry out all the necessary tasks and special assignments given by the line manager.
  6. Prepare list for dispatch of dividend by registered post as well as attach and fill checklist for transfer of shares in CDC.
  7. Check physical shares certificates numbers from Securities deposit form. Check all the transfer deeds, which are enclosed with share certificates.
  8. Prepare and send CDC balance confirmation letter as per CDC regulations.
  9. Submit and merge data of shareholders in Share Accounting System, from relevant sources. Communicate Share price to all the Directors as and when required.
  10. Manage upload of quarterly, half yearly and annually reports of different companies on Intranet System of the company and communicate to all the Directors. Perform updation of data on the Companys' website.

    Bachelors from a reputable university.
  • Experience
    : 1-3 years of relevant experience in the same domain, preferably in the Manufacturing industry
