JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated HR Manager to lead our Human Resources operations within the IT division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, and organizational development initiatives that align with the company's strategic objectives.
The HR Manager will play a key role in shaping a positive workplace culture, driving talent acquisition strategies, and ensuring best HR practices. This position requires strong leadership, effective communication, and a deep understanding of HR processes within a technology-driven environment.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with organizational goals.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles, ensuring timely and effective hiring.
- Oversee onboarding, orientation, and training programs to enhance employee engagement and retention.
- Administer performance management systems and guide managers in conducting evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulatory requirements.
- Design and manage compensation, benefits, and employee reward programs.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance management in a fair and professional manner.
- Lead employee engagement, recognition, and wellness initiatives to strengthen company culture.
- Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
- Advise senior management on workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational development.
REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial capacity .
- Proven experience in recruitment and workforce management.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and performance management systems.
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and leadership skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
ADDITIONAL SKILLS (PREFERRED):
- Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP systems is a plus
