We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead and enhance all aspects of human resource management, including talent acquisition, policy implementation, compliance, and performance development.

The ideal candidate will bring 7–10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within the recruitment or professional services industry, and will play a key role in building a strong, people-focused culture aligned with the company's business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the full spectrum of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
  • Ensure full compliance with Pakistan's labor laws and maintain updated HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage employee relations, handle grievances, and promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Oversee talent acquisition, workforce planning, and employee development programs.
  • Monitor HR metrics, analyze workforce trends, and present actionable insights to senior management.
  • Manage payroll, benefits administration, and employee records in coordination with the finance and admin teams.
  • Support leadership in organizational development, succession planning, and change management initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 7–10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of Pakistan labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proven ability to design and implement strategic HR policies and programs.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/HRIS systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150, Rs200,000.00 per month
