Role Overview

The Client Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting potential clients across major freelancing and social platforms. You'll manage and optimize our Upwork and Fiverr accounts, write winning proposals, build strong relationships with clients, and close high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify potential clients through Upwork, Fiverr, and LinkedIn.
  • Write and submit custom, high-converting proposals for web development, SEO, and digital marketing projects.
  • Optimize company profiles and gig listings on freelance platforms to maximize visibility and conversion rates.
  • Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and advanced search techniques to find and engage decision-makers.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly targets for proposals, meetings booked, and deals closed.

Requirements

  • Proven 2+ years of experience in client acquisition, online bidding, or sales via Upwork, Fiverr, and LinkedIn.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, web design, and software development services.
  • Excellent English communication (written and verbal).
  • Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.
  • Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently under minimal supervision.
  • Availability to work in overlapping hours with US/UK clients preferred.

Bonus Skills (Preferred but not required)

  • Experience using automation tools for lead generation (Apollo, LinkedIn automation tools, etc.)
  • Understanding of sales funnels and online marketing strategies.
  • Experience with cold email campaigns or client outreach workflows.
