About the Role

Business Development Executive
to join our growing team. If you're passionate about sales, strategic outreach, and building strong client relationships, we want to hear from you
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through email, calls, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive long-term growth
- Convert qualified leads into successful sales with a consultative approach
- Collaborate with internal teams to align outreach strategies with business goals
- Maintain accurate records of outreach, follow-ups, and conversions
Requirements
- Minimum
2+ years of proven experience
in Business Development - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated success in converting leads into sales
- Familiarity with CRM tools and outreach platforms is a plus
- Ability to work independently during evening/night shifts
