Compensation Structure

We are offering two earning models to suit candidates based on their preference:

  • Margin-Based Model (No Basic Salary):
  • Earn 10% on your total generated margin in Pounds.
  • This percentage is well above market standards and ensures strong income potential.
  • Any taxes on your earnings will be fully covered by the company – you keep your complete 10% share.
  • Salary-Based Model:
  • If you prefer a fixed basic salary, you may also apply.

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle Umrah, Flight, and Holiday travel bookings for international customers.
  • Provide excellent customer service while managing end-to-end travel arrangements.
  • Communicate with clients professionally and ensure smooth booking processes.
  • Work closely with the sales and operations team to maximize profitability.

Requirements

  • Prior experience as an Umrah Travel Agent, Flight Travel Agent, or Holiday Travel Agent.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Good spoken English will be an advantage (especially for international client handling).
