Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Accountant/Administration to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure smooth financial and administrative functions of the outlet. The ideal candidate should possess strong managerial skills, relevant accountancy experience, and be available for immediate joining.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage daily operations of the outlet.
- Oversee staff performance, scheduling, and training.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper cash handling.
- Monitor inventory, procurement, and stock management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Generate reports on sales, expenses, and outlet performance.
- Resolve customer issues and ensure excellent service delivery.
Requirements
- Qualification: Graduate degree (mandatory).
- Experience: Prior managerial experience with strong accountancy knowledge.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Preference will be given to candidates available for immediate joining.
Employment Terms
- Salary: PKR 60,000
- Probation Period: 3 months
- Benefits:
- Casual Leave: 10 days
- Sick Leave: 8 days
- Annual Leave: 14 days (after one year of service; subject to management approval)
