Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Islamabad, Pakistan. The Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, maintaining and expanding client relationships, and meeting sales targets. Daily tasks include client prospecting, conducting presentations and demonstrations, following up with leads, and closing sales. The Sales Associate will also be expected to provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven sales or marketing experience
- Customer service or client relationship management experience
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and priorities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Experience in the EdTech industry is a plus
