Role Description

We are seeking a proactive and responsible
HR Assitant
to manage recruitment, performance and HR documentation. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and prior HR experience, preferably in the education or service industry. This is a full-time
on-site
role based in Lahore.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, shortlisting, interviews, hiring, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records, HR documentation, attendance, and leave records.
  • Handle employee grievances professionally while ensuring company policies are followed.
  • Conduct orientation sessions for new employees and ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Support performance appraisal processes and employee evaluations.
  • Assist in employee engagement activities, training sessions, and HR compliance tasks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in an HR role
    (education sector experience is a plus).
  • Sound knowledge of HR operations, labour laws, and recruitment processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
