Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager located in Wah Cantonment. The Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows. Responsibilities include managing production schedules, supervising staff, implementing process improvements, and coordinating with other departments to meet organizational goals. The role also involves monitoring performance metrics, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Operations Management, Production Scheduling, and Staff Supervision
  • Skills in Process Improvement, Workflow Optimization, and Performance Metrics Monitoring
  • Familiarity with Quality Control Standards and Safety Regulations
  • Excellent Leadership, Communication, and Problem-Solving Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience in the industrial automation or manufacturing sector is a plus
  • Ability to work on-site in Wah Cantonment
