Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager located in Gojra. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure efficient processes, manage operational staff, and monitor financial performance. Responsibilities include developing and implementing operational strategies, maintaining compliance with banking regulations, and improving the bank's operational systems, processes, and policies to support the organization's mission. The role also requires collaboration with various departments to ensure seamless coordination and service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Experience in operational management and strategy implementation
  • Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance standards
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
  • Proficient in financial performance monitoring and reporting
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field
  • Experience in the microfinance sector is a plus
