Food Safety Auditor

Experience:
Minimum 5 years in food safety or quality assurance

Education:
Bachelor's in Food Science, Nutrition, or related field

Travel:
Frequent travel in Karachi & other cities

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Perform audits using ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, HACCP, Halal standards.
  2. Visit food factories (dairy, meat, beverages, bakery, etc.) to check compliance.
  3. Conduct opening/closing meetings and deliver audit reports within 3–5 working days.
  4. Train client teams and internal staff on food safety procedures.
  5. Review corrective actions and verify implementation.
  6. Maintain audit ethics, independence, and accuracy.
  7. Follow all procedures based on TÜV Austria / Scheme office guidelines.

Certifications Required:

  • ISO 22000 Lead Auditor
  • ISO 9001 and
  • HACCP Certification
  • FSSC 22000
  • BRCGS/Global G.A.P. (preferred)
