Business Development Outreach Specialist (Upwork , LinkedIn ) with 1 – 2 year
of experience
, who will be responsible for generating leads, building professional relationships, and driving business growth through
LinkedIn and email outreach
. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of B2B and B2C communication, prospecting strategies, and sales funnels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute outreach campaigns on
    LinkedIn
    and through
    email
    to identify and engage potential clients.
  • Build and manage prospect lists aligned with target industries and business goals.
  • Personalize and craft compelling outreach messages and follow-ups to build genuine connections with prospects.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and optimize conversion rates.
  • Maintain detailed records of leads, conversations, and pipeline progress using CRM tools.
  • Track outreach performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for business expansion.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and best practices in digital outreach and lead generation.

Requirements :

·      Bachelors Degree in Management, Business Studies , CS or related fields

  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in
    B2B and B2C lead generation

  • Proven experience in data digging and managing email deliverability strategies.
  • Proficiency in

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
