Role Overview

We're looking for a Senior Email Marketing Expert with real experience setting up, running, and optimizing email campaigns. You'll lead strategy, execution, and analysis. You should know how to turn email marketing into a growth engine.

What You'll Do

  • Develop end-to-end email marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Plan, set up, and execute campaigns.
  • Segment email lists; use personalization and automation.
  • Design or oversee design of responsive email templates.
  • Manage delivery, deliverability, list hygiene.
  • Run A/B tests (subject lines, content layout, timing) and optimize based on data.
  • Track KPIs (open rates, CTR, conversion, bounce, unsubscribe rates) and report results.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant email laws/regulations (e.g. CAN-SPAM, GDPR or country-specific).
  • Keep up with new tools, trends, best practices in email marketing.

What We Expect

  • Proven experience (preferably 4-6+ years) building, managing and scaling email marketing campaigns.
  • Strong hands-on experience with email marketing / automation platforms (e.g. Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, or similar).
  • Good understanding of HTML/CSS for email templates is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills; able to read data, draw insights, and act on them.
  • Excellent copywriting / content skills: subject lines, message tone, CTAs.
  • Good project management skills; able to run multiple campaigns in parallel, meet deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented; concerned about deliverability, bounce, spam filters etc.
  • Ability to think strategically and also execute tactically.

What Will Help

  • Experience managing budgets or owning ROI for email programs.
  • Experience in a B2B / SaaS setting (if relevant).
  • Experience with CRM integration (lead scoring, user behavior-triggered emails).
  • Certifications in email marketing, digital marketing, analytics.
