Overview:

We're looking for a motivated and skilled
Mid-Level AI Developer

with 3+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have solid experience with Python and its web frameworks, along with a foundational understanding of AI Agentic architectures, particularly with frameworks like LangGraph and AutoGen. This role involves building, testing, and deploying AI-powered solutions and requires some familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP). You'll be a key contributor to our team, working on developing and integrating AI agents into our products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Development:

Contribute to the design and development of AI-driven applications using
Python

and popular web frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask, FastAPI).
- AI Agent Systems:

Assist in building and testing AI agentic workflows using frameworks such as
LangGraph

and
AutoGen

.
- Model Integration:

Help integrate and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) to create intelligent agents under the guidance of senior developers.
- Cloud Deployment:

Support the deployment and maintenance of AI applications on major cloud platforms (
Azure, AWS, or GCP

).
- Code & Testing:

Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code. Conduct thorough testing to ensure the reliability and performance of AI solutions.
- Collaboration:

Work closely with senior developers and other team members to implement product features and resolve technical challenges.
- Learning & Growth:

Continuously learn and stay updated with the latest AI and machine learning technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience:

3+ years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on AI/ML.
- Programming:

Strong proficiency in
Python

, including hands-on experience with a web framework like Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
- AI Agent Frameworks:

Foundational experience with
AI Agentic

frameworks, including some exposure to
LangGraph

or
AutoGen

.
- Cloud Computing:

Basic knowledge and some hands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider (
Azure, AWS, or GCP

).
- Problem-Solving:

Good analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen interest in AI.
- Communication:

Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to take direction and contribute to a team environment.
- Education:

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
