Role Description

At TechWorkss, we're seeking a
Business Development Executive (BDE)
with proven experience in international client acquisition. This is a
remote, second-shift position
designed for candidates who can help us expand our footprint by generating business through
LinkedIn, Upwork, , and direct B2B outreach
.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities on freelance platforms (Upwork, Freelancer) and professional networks (LinkedIn, email).
  • Draft customized, compelling proposals to secure projects and long-term clients.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring smooth communication and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to understand project requirements and prepare tailored pitches.
  • Maintain and share weekly reports on leads, proposals, and conversions.

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years
    of proven experience as a
    Business Development Executive / Upwork Bidder / Sales Executive
    in the IT/software industry.
  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience with proposal writing, lead generation, and portfolio handling.
  • Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals with international clients.
  • Familiarity with IT services such as
    AI, data systems, cloud platforms, and software development
    is a strong plus.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setup.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary Range:
    PKR 30K – 50K (depending on skills and experience)
    plus commission on closed deals.
  • Uncapped commission model with strong earning potential.
  • Flexible remote work environment (second shift).
