The AM-HR will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of the Human Resources department, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, performance management, and compliance with company policies. The role requires strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills to ensure a positive employee experience and smooth HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR databases accurately.
  • Support payroll preparation and ensure timely submission of attendance and salary data.
  • Assist in drafting HR letters, memos, and other official correspondence.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
  • Handle employee queries and provide support regarding HR procedures, benefits, and policies.
  • Coordinate staff training, performance reviews, and professional development activities.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and organize internal events.
  • Monitor attendance, leaves, and disciplinary matters in coordination with supervisors.
  • Generate regular HR reports and assist in audits when required.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of HR experience (preferred in a corporate or education sector).
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and labor regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs55, Rs85,000.00 per month
