Position Overview:

We are looking for a qualified and experienced HR Manager with a strong background in the solar industry. The ideal candidate will understand the operational structure, staffing requirements, and technical environment of a solar energy company. This role is critical in aligning HR practices with the unique needs of the solar sector and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the recruitment process for solar industry roles (e.g., solar engineers, technicians, installers, sales consultants).
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and policies tailored to solar operations.
  • Manage onboarding, training, and employee development programs with a focus on solar energy knowledge.
  • Maintain compliance with HR laws and internal policies.
  • Handle employee relations, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution.
  • Collaborate with department heads to forecast staffing needs and structure.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
  • Monitor attendance, leave management, and coordinate with payroll/accounts.
  • Foster a performance-driven and positive work culture.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of HR experience in the solar industry (required).
  • Strong understanding of solar company operations and workforce roles.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance in Pakistan.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR management software/tools.
