As a
Senior UX Designer
, you'll lead the creation of seamless, intuitive, and visually engaging digital experiences for global clients. You'll combine creativity, strategy, and user empathy to design products that not only look great but also solve real user problems effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to guide design decisions.
  • Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and stakeholders.
  • Establish and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across platforms.
  • Present design concepts and user insights to clients in a clear, persuasive manner.
  • Mentor junior designers and contribute to the overall creative direction.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in UX/UI design.
  • Proficiency in
    Figma
    ,
    Adobe XD
    ,
    Sketch
    , or similar tools.
  • Strong understanding of
    UX principles
    ,
    information architecture
    , and
    interaction design
    .
  • A portfolio showcasing
    end-to-end design processes
    and successful digital products.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver high-quality work under deadlines.
