
Customer Support Manager

Client Support & Issue Handling
Engage with clients to understand and document reported issues
- Perform initial triage using logs and system tools
- Create and escalate detailed tickets for the tech team
Ensure timely updates and resolution follow-ups with clients
Product Demos & Client Communication
Join client calls to deliver product demos
- Gather and document client requirements clearly and accurately
Act as the first point of contact for client queries
Client Onboarding & In-Person Support
Support the onboarding of new clients by training users
- Visit client offices when required for product setup or user training
Qualities You Possess:
- Experience with OMS, POS, or ERP platforms
- Familiarity with ticketing tools like Jira
- Basic understanding of APIs, logs, or issue triaging
- Previous experience in conducting demos or client training
- Minimum 10 months to 1 year of experience in a client-facing support or onboarding role
- Strong communication skills in both English and Urdu
- Bachelor's degree
- Familiarity with web-based applications or SaaS platforms
- Ability to manage support across regional time zones
- Comfortable with on-site work and occasional client visits
- Open to alternate weekend work schedule with weekday offs
