  1. Client Support & Issue Handling

  2. Engage with clients to understand and document reported issues

  3. Perform initial triage using logs and system tools
  4. Create and escalate detailed tickets for the tech team
  5. Ensure timely updates and resolution follow-ups with clients

  6. Product Demos & Client Communication

  7. Join client calls to deliver product demos

  8. Gather and document client requirements clearly and accurately
  9. Act as the first point of contact for client queries

  10. Client Onboarding & In-Person Support

  11. Support the onboarding of new clients by training users

  12. Visit client offices when required for product setup or user training

Qualities You Possess:

  • Experience with OMS, POS, or ERP platforms
  • Familiarity with ticketing tools like Jira
  • Basic understanding of APIs, logs, or issue triaging
  • Previous experience in conducting demos or client training
  • Minimum 10 months to 1 year of experience in a client-facing support or onboarding role
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Urdu
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Familiarity with web-based applications or SaaS platforms
  • Ability to manage support across regional time zones
  • Comfortable with on-site work and occasional client visits
  • Open to alternate weekend work schedule with weekday offs
