Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated International Recruitment Manager (Male/Female) to lead and manage student recruitment initiatives. The candidate will be responsible for developing international partnerships, counseling students, and ensuring successful admissions in foreign universities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute international student recruitment strategies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with overseas universities and partners.
  • Guide students through the admission process, including applications and visa requirements.
  • Develop marketing campaigns to attract international students.
  • Achieve recruitment targets set by the management.
  • Maintain accurate records of applicants and recruitment data.

Requirements:

  • BS/MS degree in a relevant field.
  • 2–3 years of proven experience in international recruitment, counseling, or related role.
  • Strong knowledge of international education systems and admission procedures.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
