Sky Marketing is hiring HR Recuiter Manager and will be responsible for leading and managing all recruitment and hiring activities across the organization while overseeing key HR operations. This role's primary focus is to attract, recruit, and retain top talent to meet the sky marketing's growing business needs. The HR Recuiter Manager will also support overall HR strategy, ensuring a positive employee experience and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various roles.
  • Partner closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting, sourcing, screening, and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Use multiple channels for sourcing candidates (LinkedIn, job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals).
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management.
  • Coordinate and manage relationships with recruitment agencies and external partners.
  • Oversee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure seamless integration of new hires.
  • Develop and update HR policies, job descriptions, and organizational charts.
  • Support performance management and appraisal processes.
  • Handle employee relations issues, ensuring a healthy work environment and conflict resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR regulations.
  • Support HR planning, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with organizational goals.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA in HR preferred)
  • 3+years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a recruitment focused managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), and HRIS tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Strategic thinker with strong leadership and decision making abilities.
