As a Retail Manager, you will be responsible for the efficient operation of the store, including leading and mentoring a team, maintaining inventory control, overseeing sales targets, and ensuring a positive customer experience. You will work closely with other managers and departments to implement company policies and procedures, drive sales growth, and foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise store staff, providing training, guidance, and performance feedback.
  • Manage store operations, including sales, inventory, visual merchandising, and customer service.
  • Monitor daily store performance to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase store revenue.
  • Ensure store is fully stocked, organized, and visually appealing according to company standards.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns, ensuring top-notch customer service.
  • Maintain and manage store budgets, financial reports, and payroll.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and local regulations.
  • Organize store events and promotions to drive traffic and sales.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Experience with sales targets and KPIs.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is a plus.
