Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Receptionist located in Islamabad. The Receptionist will be responsible for greeting and directing patients and visitors, managing appointments, answering phone calls, and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the healthcare facility. Additional duties include handling patient queries, processing paperwork, and facilitating communication between staff and patients.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage appointments and handle patient queries efficiently
  • Proficient in using office equipment and technology
  • Experience with administrative support and paperwork processing
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Professional demeanor and appearance
  • Prior experience as a receptionist or in a related role is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
