is looking for a friendly and professional
Receptionist
to manage our front desk and provide support to our team and visitors. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming environment for visitors and ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day office activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greeting visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls; take messages when necessary.
  • Respond to emails and inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room reservations.
  • Assist with travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries for staff or visitors.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and order replacements as needed.
  • Assist with administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and office organization.
  • Handle office maintenance requests and coordinate with vendors as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with office protocols, including security measures and visitor log-ins.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure office operations run smoothly.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or higher preferred.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk, or in a customer service role.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
  • Familiarity with phone systems and office management software is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
