Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Medical Receptionist. The Medical Receptionist will be responsible for appointment scheduling, managing phone calls, performing receptionist duties, handling medical terminology, and ensuring smooth operations in the medical office. The role requires excellent organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Appointment Scheduling and Receptionist Duties skills
  • Phone Etiquette and excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of Medical Terminology and experience in Medical Office settings
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Previous experience in healthcare is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as a Medical Receptionist are a plus
