Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and proactive Admin Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of relevant experience in administration, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage daily office operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage day-to-day administrative operations.
- Ensure proper maintenance of office facilities and equipment.
- Handle procurement of office supplies and vendor coordination.
- Maintain records, files, and documentation.
- Support in organizing company meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
- Assist in HR and operational tasks as required.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree (BBA required).
- Experience: 2–3 years in an administrative role.
- Must have own motorbike for commuting.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
