Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for the position of Manager Sales & Revenue Cycle Management, based in Islāmābād, Pakistan. The role involves overseeing sales department and complete billing operations, developing and executing business plans, analyzing sales data, and ensuring exceptional customer service to drive revenue growth. The Manager will play a key role in nurturing client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring effective collaboration across teams to meet organizational objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and Business Planning abilities to develop strategies and analyze performance data
  • Exceptional Communication skills to effectively interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders
  • Proven experience in Sales, Billing Operations and increasing revenue through strategic planning and execution
  • Outstanding Customer Service skills to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Ability to lead teams, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines effectively
  • Bachelor's degree and related field experience.
  • Experience working in IT or marketing industries is preferred but not mandatory
