Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated
Sales Business Development Manager
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building relationships, developing strategic partnerships, and setting appointments with potential clients and agencies. You will act as the first point of contact to generate opportunities and represent Konquer Solution in initial meetings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and outreach prospects through
    LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Twitter (X), and Email Marketing
    .
  • Connect with marketing agencies on

    and similar platforms to establish
    white-label partnerships
    (where agencies outsource projects to us for execution).
  • Generate leads, nurture conversations, and book qualified appointments.
  • Conduct
    initial meetings/discovery calls
    with potential clients to understand their needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach, leads, and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to hand over prospects for deal closure.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in
    business development or sales
    within digital marketing or a similar industry.
  • Excellent
    English communication skills
    (both written and spoken).
  • Strong networking, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to generate opportunities across different channels (LinkedIn, social platforms, email, directories).
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive in outreach.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing services (SEO, Ads, Social Media, Branding, Automation, etc.) is a
    plus
    .
  • Have 1 to 2 years of experience .
