Restaurant/Café Manager
to oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and manage staff for our upcoming venture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day café/restaurant operations.
  • Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance.
  • Maintain quality control in food, service, and hygiene.
  • Handle purchasing, inventory, and supplier coordination.
  • Plan promotions, events, and customer engagement activities.
  • Ensure profitability and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Café/Restaurant Manager or similar role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of F&B operations and POS systems.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
